...whatever it is you need to ace - from exams to job interviews or tests to public speaking - homeopathy and Bach Flower Remedies can help to keep you calm, collected and back in control of the situation.

Feel the fear and do it anyway.

Sometimes easier said than done! When we feel as if our legs, stomach and nerve will give way from underneath us it's hard to imagine doing anything well once in that state. Let alone how panic attacks can feel...

A growing number of people feel stressed, anxious and panicky so with the added pressures of that come with life hurdles such as exams, new jobs and interviews it can feel overwhelming - leaving us with a whole range of unpleasant emotions from fear to self-criticism to depression. What we don't want is for fear to prevent us moving forward, limiting our quality of life or narrowing our choices.

 So how can I help?

I have always wavered more to the side of anxious, than laid back, myself. I'm conscientious by nature and put pressure on myself to do a good job. I still do but I've learnt how to manage myself better because I know what it feels like to have had panic attacks and how potentially crippling they can be. Thankfully, I also know what it feels like to overcome those panic attacks, challenge my comfort zones and keep anxiety from holding me back.

There are some types of fear I won't go anywhere near, mind! I am no adrenaline junky; I don't really like driving over bridges fast!? I have had daredevil moments but it's the other life challenges I'm talking about: public presentations and performances to hundreds of school children; driving tests and long distance solo drives; career changes - life changes! - involving exams and being observed...

I have felt the fear and done it anyway but I couldn't have done it alone. I had support networks and I took remedies to help me. Even the simple act of reaching for my remedies put me back in control of each situation; combined with other techniques I've learned along the way from NLP teachers and anxiety management specialists.

And now I want to help others to do that too.

A consultation will involve getting a well rounded picture of you as a person: what triggers you; what maintains the anxiety for you and what started it in the first place. We can also implement strategies for overcoming nerves and look at how diet and supplements can help to calm and soothe as well.

I would advise booking an appointment well in advance as overcoming anxiety and nerves is not an overnight process. I would recommend at least 3-4 consultations in the build up to a test, interview or exam over a period of 3-4 months. This might not always be possible and that's okay too. It depends how chronic the levels of anxiety. We can prescribe remedies to suit the situation, though the longer we prepare the increased chances of success.

I feel really passionate about helping people with anxiety related problems because of my own experiences. I've worked with performance anxiety for interviews, new jobs and public speaking along with managing my own experiences. Aside from what the remedies and techniques can do, it's often just really helpful to know someone is in your corner so as part of that, I am happy to send distance Reiki, wherever possible, for test/exam/interview days for that extra feeling of support for a positive outcome and the highest good. I can't guarantee you'll ace it but I can help you to feel more like you could :)
